Kevin K. Johnson, Principal
Owner
and Chief Executive of The KDJ Group, Kevin specializes in business unit growth
strategies, technology management, and electronic commerce-based business
strategies. He has over 25 years of
experience helping companies develop and implement technology-related management
solutions.
Kevin excels at business model
analysis, organizational group dynamics, project management, and strategic
planning and management. He has a
proven track record of success at evaluating and identifying opportunities for
growth, market differentiation, and profitability.
Mr. Johnson has earned a
Masters Degree in Management. He
also earned a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He has effectively developed and implemented visionary transformations of
business models resulting in significant improvements in operational performance
with incremental revenue generation.
Additionally, Kevin serves as
Adjunct Professor teaching Strategic Management in the Graduate Management
program at The McGregor School of Antioch University.
A member of the American
Management Association and The Society of Professional Engineers, he has also
earned U.S. patents.
